  Liked: Leo in the restaurant was fabulous couldn't do enough for us.

  Disliked: Bath difficult to get in and out of. Curtains do not block out the light.

  Liked: Very nice experiance. We recommend a stay in this Hotel with a beautiful garden. The breakfast was very good with both fried and scrambled eggs.

  Cockroaches everywhere …

  Disliked: although the villa is beautiful and the staff is nice we didn't stay more than one night... i'm very disappointed because it was my partner's birthday present. the garden and the banana plantation are beautiful, the building is also BUT!! the bathtub is full of mold, the jacuzzi water is cloudy and cold (i thought this wasn't too big of a problem)... then at night there were three of us in bed! i woke up to my partner jumping out of bed and claiming that something was crawling on him. when we turned on the light, we saw 3-4 cm cockroaches!!! in our bed!! sorry but this is unacceptable... i know the humidity is high and they happen in the city too, but we don't want to sleep with them (especially since it also caused an allergic reaction) We didn't sleep at all that night, and the next day I spoke to a guest who said that unfortunately they also had it in their room. So even a room change wouldn't have helped... When I checked out, I saw from the receptionist's reaction that this was a recurring problem. We reported the problem, I hope they refund our money.

  Old style charm, served with peace and tranquility

  Liked: It was the most amazing experience to stay in an old plantation house in the middle of a plantation. Old style charm and beauty

  Disliked: The sad thing was it was taking your life in your hands if you want to walk to near by town due to lack of pavements. It wasn’t a problem as we could easily order a cab and it was cheep and quick also the hotel had a huge good car park.

  An amazing friendly place to stay to unwind, recharge and forge the world

  Liked: Ample breakfast with lots of choice. The location was amazing - not for everyone i know but a perfect place to relax, unwind and forget the real world. Evening meals were more than enough. All staff were super friendly & helpful.

  Disliked: The step into the bath/shower could be a challenge for some people and sadly the walls between the rooms are a little thin. Overnight nosies ranged from those snoring from and one side and those showing affection for each other on the other....
