Good location, but I can't get over the STAINED bedding and complicated check-in/out logistics
Liked: The location is good. The place is spacious.
Disliked: The stained comforters: They give you clean sheets that is super thin, and have comforters on the shelves, but they are full of stains, black, brown, and yellow, all kinds of stains, smalling really bad and clearly never been washed. Totally grossed me out. I wrapped them in the clean sheets, but some contact with it overnight was unavoidable. This alone was very unacceptable, especially for a place professionally owned by the luxury Eurostar hotel. There were used cotton swabs with yellow stuff on it dropped in the bathroom floors from the previous guests. It makes you wonder if the place was cleaned properly. Check-in: You have to pick up the key in the Eurostar hotel nearby and walk over (and if you need parking, the process is even more convoluted). Same for check out. It's a hassle if you have bags to go back and forth. We had 2 elderly adults and 1 3 year old, so it took lot of time and effort to just get into the apartment. Same as check out or to leave your bag after check-out. Just lots of in and out that I wish we didn't have to do.

Liked: very central position, well furnished, nice toiletries, a little welcome note and pastries and chocolates which added a personal touch, very easy to check in, parking not far from check in hotel effective shutters and aircon
Disliked: nothing I did not like
Liked: Updated facility and spaciousness of apartment. Lots of amenities in the room.
Disliked: There was very little that we didn't like.
