  Liked: I didn't like anything

  Disliked: The woman owner was very rude to me because I walked into the bar with my bike to do the check-in and all the time she spoke to me she was rude. The mattress was all wrapped up in plastic what it made get really sweaty at night

  Liked: Good basic accommodation

  Disliked: It was not ideal to stay here while doing the Camino. It is a bit too far out of town, but we could cut across a paddock to join back up again the next day. Our room was quite hot so we kept our window open over night, but next door is a truck stop, so there were lots of vehicles coming and going, so quite noisy. The staff could have been a bit friendlier

  Perfect for walking the Camino

  Liked: I’m a single male walking the Camino Frances. This was great accommodation for me in my travels. Clean, neat, tidy and bonus restaurant attached.

  Disliked: I walked into Astorga city. Took me about 20 minutes so I could be picky and say there is not much around where the Hostel is located. But it has its own Restaurant and Bar.

  i got a great night’s sleep!

  Liked: i loved having my own room, it was very quiet after 11pm, sink in my room was very nice, the bar lady was patient and helpful

  Disliked: there were few options for food on location, is a bit of a trek off the camino but worth it to have a single room

  Better than expected, clean

  Liked: Considering some of the previous reviews this was surprisingly very good and better than expected. Basic but clean. Good value pilgrim meal with complementary wine!

  Disliked: Communication was at times difficult as no English spoken but that’s my problem in Spain! Also 2km out of town.
