Good location but apartment needs a good freshen up
Liked: The place is in a great location walkable to all the attractions
Disliked: Didn’t really look like the pictures, needs a good tidy up, Lino lifting up, lots of marks on the walls, bit cramped in lounge and kitchen, loose PowerPoints, bit noisy at night
Perfect stay for families
Liked: We loved everything about this apartment. It was perfect for our family of five. We were traveling with elderly and the elevator was perfect to access the apartment. We loved having a coffee in the morning while viewing the Alcazar. It’s very centrally located. We were in town to visit family and would love to rent this apartment every time we’re in town.

Excellent property for a short trip to explore the historic town of Avila
Liked: Location was fantastic with views of the city gate and a very short walk to the old city and an easy walk from the railway station. Comfortable sitting area. Host provided extras in the kitchen (eg washing up liquid; dishwasher tablets). Communication with the host was easy and they obliged us with an early check in.
