Liked: The apartments are large and well equipped. Several grocery stores nearby. A short walk from the old town.
Disliked: One toilet was leaking. I think it's a temporary problem that will be resolved.
Liked: The apartment was spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable! The host was very communicative and extremely helpful.
Liked: Easy to find, you can park im front of the building. It is near the city centre, a nice 10 minutes walk.

Very clean comfortable apartment, 15 minute walk to the city center. Perfect for a family
Liked: Finally free parking! - was available in front of the apartment complex. Quiet neighborhood was about a 15 minute walk to the walled city. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment. Did not disappoint at all. Stayed for 3 days in Avila and enjoyed the city.
