Liked: Location
Liked: Right at the train station, but you couldn't really hear the trains. Comfortable beds and clean. Good value for money
Liked: Vety helpful receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stsy comfortable. Comfortable beds. Very convenient for station!
Disliked: Walls rather thin. Room a bit cold. Were kept awake by inconsiderate guest's loud TV the first nught. Second night very peaceful. The trains hardly disturbed us.

The value of the money is VERY good I recommend staying here
Liked: It was VERY clean. The cleaner comes every day The staff is helpful and they answer the phone and messages through the platform. They regularly check the messages and reply quickly. They did not disturb during the check in or before. They also have maps of Avila. The location is in the train station although the sound of the trains is minimal because they have double glass in the windows and it is next to the supermarket. It was a VERY quiet place. It is possible to rest at night. The size of the room is fine and the bathroom was VERY clean. The reception is open most of the day. The value for the money is very good.
Disliked: The internet does not reach very well to the last rooms where I was. It can be improved. It is possible to hear the neighbors in the next rooms wall with wall. Although they did not make significant noise.
Liked: Excellent location, very convenient for the station, a big airy room and the fact that it had its own bathroom was a huge plus. Very quiet, despite being attached to the railway station. We appreciated the complementary soap, toothpaste, etc. Communication was good at all times and the check-in was smooth. Perfect for a night's stay!
