Very convenient place in the town to reach
Liked: Lovely situation. Double glazing blocks out traffic noise. Excellent cafe next door
Good location but hot room
Liked: Location is fantastic. Within walking distance to the town and yet not in town. You don't have to walk far to enjoy the view at night.
Disliked: There's no air-conditioning. Although the weather is cool, the room has retained the heat from the afternoon sun. It wasn't until around 2am that it finally felt comfortable. There's no coffee machine or complimentary water, despite its 4* status.
Good location for a stopover or to visit Ávila
Liked: The cafe next door was excellent
It was a lovely hotel but being extremely busy when we stayed everything was quite hectic
Liked: We had the family room because when we booked it was the only room left even though there were only two of us, the room was ideally located on the first floor, extremely roomy and handy for the breakfast room
Disliked: There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was Saturday night when we stayed and there were numerous functions being hosted by the hotel resulting in parking being a major problem. For the same reason there was no restaurant open in the hotel (apart from a taverna attached which was also very busy. There was no bar at the property.
Liked: Helpful staff, on-site secure parking, good breakfast, very comfortable room.
