Exceptional
Amazing flat with free parking just outside historic city centre. Exceptional host!
Liked: The apartment is fantastic: spotless clean, new and modern, very well equipped and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Free parking spot in a private garage about 100m away The host Marta was absolutely amazing, waiting for us upon arrival, helping us with parking and showing us around the flat. She also called and booked for us couple of restaurants and gave us recommendation about Avila for sightseeing.
Disliked: The bedroom could be really warm during summer as there is no AC available, the fan is ok, but doesn't help much. This is just a suggestion, it wasn't a major problem during our staying.
Liked: The apartment is absolutely immaculate! Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is very convenient for exploring the city, and there is a dedicated parking nearby. Marta the host is very personable and made us feel as if we were old friends. Great communication and the arrival/ check-in went very smoothly. We had a lovely time in Ávila and would absolutely recommend it.
A beautiful apartment with only a few minor inconveniences
Liked: 1. Super clean 2. Very new 3. Beautifully decorated 4. Free parking spot in a garage about 150 meters up the road 5. The owner is so nice and extremely accommodating
Disliked: 1. The bed was too hard from our perspective 2. The bedroom and shower are up a long staircase on another level which we found a little inconvenent 3. A little farther from the historic center than we would have preferred
