Perfect location inside the city walls

Great location…near the most popular sites
Liked: This property is in the perfect location. It’s close to all the major sites. You can climb part of the wall near. Restaurants are plentiful near the apartment and there is a grocery store nearby. If you drive, the garage is not far. The beds were comfortable and the living room/TV room is large. The kitchen is very nice with a washing machine which is great. The unit has air conditioning but we didn’t use it because it was not very warm outside.
Disliked: Like others have said…the bathroom is very small. There really isn’t room to put toiletries. Speaking of toiletries…bring your own soap and shampoo. Those are not provided. Also…it would be nice if the apartment provided a couple of bottles of water.
Central apartment within city walls -quiet area and easy to get to all areas
Liked: Clean, spacious, bright, great location. Bathroom small for 4 people but sufficient for 2 Apartment big up one floor with working lift. Video to find place was helpful for non Spanish speakers.
Disliked: Paid for associated apartment parking on a Sunday/Monday (3pm to 12 midday) but paid x2 days €15 per day for a less than 24hr stay. Granted cheaper than main car parks around but realised too late that we could have found free parking outside the city walls, for this period.
Lots of positives but a few downers
Liked: Location was fabulous. It was spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent. The owner was helpful.
Disliked: Beautiful hot shower but only enough for one person. No hair dryer or kettle.
In spite of a few dislikes about the property, we enjoyed our stay in Avila
Liked: A great location. Spacious unit. Beautiful front windows.
Disliked: The sheets are either quite old or weren’t changed from previous use. The beds were too soft. The electricity went out for unknown reasons and it took some coordination with management to get it resolved. The kitchen needs a good sorting through of equipment and missing or obsolete parts need replacing or discarding.
Liked: location was excellent with close by parking
Disliked: When we reserved it was a two bathroom however the second bathroom was out of order and the only one available was tiny. The second bedroom is open to the living room and the sliding wall/door to close it off was broken. No privacy at all. All the electric was off upon arrival. The host sent us a video for the two breakers that were tripped.
