Exceptional
You couldn't ask for a better location, central yet quiet and clean and comfirtable
Liked: The location is fantastic and the apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful and laid on a few nice welcome treats.
Disliked: Late instruction in how to access the apartment. It all worked out fine but a little concerning being so late. I think this may be a one-off though as the person who normally arranges access was unwell so had to rely on someone else but once communication was made that person was fantastic and very helpful.
We would stay there again in spite of the gliches
Liked: The location was wonderful and parking in an actual garage was an unexpected bonus. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.
Disliked: Anxious arrival after a long flight. We had to phone and wait for a person to let us in and show us the apartment due to a misunderstanding on arrival times we were told. The kitchen was great but some the silverware was missing. Perhaps it was an unusually long stay but we were there five nights and never were offered clean towels. (There was a washing machine but as is usual no drier.) The toilet paper almost ran out.
Amazing apartment in a great location. Super friendly host
Liked: The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town. It has everything you need. The host (Benidicto) was super friendly and helpful - he helped us into the apartment and explained things we should see and do. He even came and got us when we were unsure of how to drive to the apartment through the old streets. Thanks for the welcome gift - much appreciated too!
Disliked: Don't think wifi is included (or if it is, there was no password provided). Wasn't a huge problem for us.
Perfect flat for short and longer stays. Comfortable, spacious, quality apartment
Liked: We were late in our arrival to Avila, but the host was waiting for us and didn't even mention he had to wait for us. The flat itself - spacious, beautifully designed, with super comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. We were really, really surprised with the quality of the apartment. Warm! Spacious! bright (even for an apartment in the old town!) close to all main attractions. And we got some presents from the host which was again: not expected and super - super nice. Our stay in Avila, thanks to this apartment, made us feel more luxurious:) really, really nice family time.
Disliked: actually nothing. We were not expecting such a great quality. In the flat - everything available what was needed, beds - super comfortable, rooms spacious, living room - comfortable with a big table in case we decided to eat at home. Perfect for short but also longer stays!
Liked: Located in the historical center of the town. Very friendly host.
Disliked: Wifi and sound insulation could be improved

Liked: The building is historic and amazing on the outside, and the apartment is remodeled and beautiful on the inside with balconies. The owner is incredibly helpful with anything you need. It is in the heart of the town on the inside of the wall, and everywhere is easily walkable. If we ever get to go back to Ávila, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
Disliked: Bed was a bit firm for my taste, but not a big problem at all.
