Liked: Very cozy, clean and spacious apartment with a nice design. We really enjoyed our stay!
Overall, minor dislikes notwithstanding, a very nice place to stay and we would book again
Liked: Lovely clean apartment for the night, for us and our dog (12 Euros/night for the dog) within easy walking distance to shops, bars/restaurants.
Disliked: We parked in the private garage (12 Euros/night) which was great, but like most Spanish garages, quite tight getting in and out. However, was good to know our car was secure. One thing we weren't too ken on was the fact that there were no table lamps and the ceiling lights were too bright for our liking. Also, we would have preferred bedside lamps instead of the overhead flourescent light.
Great stay, only regret that i couldn’t stay longer
Liked: Nice spacious apartment just near the historic center of Avila. Kitchen very well equipped, patio to sit outside and big living room. Very clean, good internet connection. Really nothing to complain about

Very nice accommodation. Directions how to access apartment, wi if code and where to park the car should be shared via W
Liked: Modern and clean property. Within walking distance of the Old wall town. Parking is available in a garage nearby, although very tight to fit small car in the designated parking.
Disliked: Walls are very thin from apartment and the neighbours could be heard from the 1 bedroom. Doors of other apartments open and close very loudly
Great location, apartment requires some maintenance, watch out for the additional parking charges!
Liked: location was amazing ideal for access to Avila, with two bedrooms and nice enclose patio area.
Disliked: The owner asked how the apartment was, to which we duly provided what we thought was honest and fair feedback, the shower was broken and wasn't working correctly, the washing machine only had the feet and was heavily un balanced when washing and made a terrible noise, in general the apartment was very tired and required some general maintenance and tidying up, which didn't seem to be well received by the owner! I would also note the owner also charged sparely for use of the parking garage some 12 Euros per night which is more expensive than hotels, we booked because it had secure parking and i feel this is somewhat hidden charge and should be clearly articulated in the apartment listing!
