  In general, it was good place to stay

  Liked: Stuff, they was super welcome and friendly. Meet me with a smile every time. Breakfast was also good, I found everything I want, even speak a bit with a neighbour

  Disliked: One of my towel was old and had a biiiig hole. I don’t think it’s possible to use by anyone. This was quite unexpected tbh

  Liked: An excellent stay, if you are looking for a simple, no frills experience. A good value, I will stay here again if and when I pass through Badajoz We did the couples room with private bathroom. 1. Good location, right across the river from the main downtown. 15-20 min scenic walk downtown. 10-15 min walk in the other direction to the train station 2. No frills but quality room. It’s small, just a bed. But the bed and pillows are a new and foam. Often this type of Hostel has an old, creakey, uncomfortable foam mattress. This has a nice new foam mattress and pillows. It was Very comfortable sleep for me, which is usually my biggest fear about inexpensive hotels. My room was air conditioned, the machine takes a little while to cool the room but once it is working it makes for a cool night sleep, which is crucial in summer in Badajoz If you need a desk or more space, there is a common room with a large table 3. Nice, friendly, sympathetic service. Breakfast is served til 1030am, we forgot it was available and left the room shortly after 11am to leave and she still had coffee and cake available for us

  Disliked: Only complaint is the shower is the no-door style common in Spain, which results in water all over the bathroom floor. And with only 2 towels provided you have to use one to dry the floor, so you have none for hand drying or makeup removal

  Liked: The relaxed communal nature of the accommodation was refreshing. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the location, a short walk from the river park, was excellent for our needs.
