  Liked: the place

  Disliked: The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building and the location is convenient. The room was comfortable and met our expectations for a one-night stay. However, after check-out, we were charged €30 for a hair straightener that we never used or even saw. When we contacted the hotel, the initial response was slow, and follow-up communication was inconsistent. The issue was eventually resolved and we received a refund, thanks to the General Manager's intervention. The hotel itself is good, but the handling of the post-stay charge could have been smoother. I hope this was a one-off issue and that future guests will not experience the same.

  A very pleasant short break in Baeza staying in a very nice hotel

  Liked: Very nice room, beautiful building, very clean and nicely decorated. Room had good facilities including iron and coffee making machine. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is well located for sightseeing in Baeza. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

  Disliked: No on site car parking.

  Nice hotel shame about the bathroom

  Liked: Location, the staff, the building

  Disliked: The bathroom, the shower, no shelving in the bathroom, shower was a hand shower that you attached to the wall and the water went everywhere. Flimsy bedside table, no teabags every day which we had to constantly chase up, coat hangers in the wardrobe were too high. The steps up to the room with a heavy case
