Liked: The location is very good. The staff are very kind and answer every question we had and helped in with our problems.
Disliked: You can feel the hotel is a bit old.
Perfect start to my camino! Clean, Quiet, and José makes you feel so welcome!
Liked: José immediately made me feel welcome. This was my starting point for the camino and this room was perfect for a great nights rest before a big day of walking. Clean room, hot shower, spacious, lots of wall outlets. Perfect location for walking around town and to the fortress. Great nearby restaurants! Would stay again!!
Disliked: I had an internal room so it was a little dark, but lots of lamps and lights. So wasn’t a big issue. If you like natural light maybe request an outside facing room!
Loved the location and the historic architecture
Liked: Loved this historic location right on the Camino. Beautiful stairway -no elevator and rooms were lovely and roomy. We looked out over the bay. Comfortable too.
Disliked: The staff were a bit rude and short with us both in the hotel and restaurant. But no big deal.
Liked: Friendly helpful welcome at check in View of the harbour from our balcony was lovely
Disliked: Shower head cracked and squirting everywhere Room was hot even with fans as we had to keep curtains and shutters closed to block out the noise of the restaurant below
