Fabulous
Disappointing room for premium price
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Photos of the room are very misleading as it is very small with a tiny bathroom built into the room itself No shower or hand soap provided as standard only a couple of sachets to use, poor. We were really looking forward to sitting in the inner courtyard that was offered as part of that Room.. that was a complete fabrication of the word there isn’t a courtyard just a window that has a plant pot sitting on some thing outside The small double bed was the worst thing.. so uncomfortable and it felt like we were sleeping on a camp bed. We both woke up with aching backs! No curtains to keep light out Terrible bright light above bedroom door that wouldnt turn off and has no shade on it I don’t normally complain but this was a lot of money for a really basic room..very disappointed 1st photo is courtyard! 😂 2nd photo tiny bathroom
Will stay again 10/10.location, easy access and very clean and comfortable
Liked: Perfect location. Very clean. Great host
Liked: Staff met me at property, accompanied me in and explained procedure. Window problem developed but was fixed within an hour. bed comfortable and room spacious
Disliked: Too late to change but the hand basin is miniscule
Liked: Location
Disliked: Noisy metal walkway/verandah on floor above? No kitchen sink! No aircon
Exceptional
Liked: We arrived 2 hours before check-in and contacted the host in hopes of checking early, and they were more than willing to accommodate. We had some questions about the laundry and they were also very responsive on Whatsapp and happy to help us with anything we needed. The location was great as there were many restaurants and stores on the stretch. The port and castle were beautiful to walk to, especially when most stores were closed after lunch.
Very good
