Fabulous
Always loved our stay at The Steinbock. The perfect Klosters experience, cosy and friendly, helpful staff
Liked: Location was central, terrace was spacious. Common areas were welcoming.
Disliked: Shower was moldy and the room was small; European accommondations usually are but this one was tight. Bedside tables and a place to put luggage are simple comforts.

Liked: Very central and very clean! Very quiet at night! Free water and tea bags in room - but couldn’t open the water* Aesthetically quite nice with beautiful wooden doors and high ceilings
Disliked: Asked for double bed and was given twin room! Was told it was an upgrade but not given opportunity to downgrade ie to double bed which is what I prefer! The code to get in was explained very quickly and incompletely so myself and 2 other guests had difficulty getting in! I rang and texted 2 phone numbers but nobody replied or even acknowledged them! If that had been late at night and I hadn’t worked it out, I would have been sleeping on the street! *There was free water but unable to open the tightly screwed bottle!
A pleasant stay in a beautiful location
Liked: The location in this beautiful well-preserved village was perfect. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, kudos to Maria!
Disliked: The TV wasn't worth warching - unless you like Spanish gossip or soaps 24/7. Not that I went to Begur to watch TV, but I was disappointed that Netflix or Prime or English language news programmes weren't available. Breakfast was a meagre affair (1 cereal - oatmeal), and the coffee was bitter. Definitely not worth the extra. WIFI signal was weak in the bedroom and dropped out more than once.

Liked: Truly beautiful converted old townhouse. Loads of character, charm, comfy and super helpful staff.
Liked: Nice location, new room, not yet used up.
Disliked: The room was a bit too small and could have been cleaner. Water tank was empty when we arrived, and it was around 4 in the afternoon. The price was too high for this room.
