Fabulous
Amazing house and host - sub-par management
Liked: Arnaud - the host / owner of the property, is great. He is quick to respond to inquiries, and very accommodating. His house is beautiful.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not great. The kitchen dishes and bathrooms were quite dirty. This is not at the fault of Arnaud, but rather the rental management company, Casa Care. We had to re-wash almost every dish we used, and the bathroom walls and bathtub had old hair stuck to it. Additionally, when leaving, we have to discard our own trash, which is fine. But the trash drop-off isn't close, and the directions left by Casa Care were not very accurate. This could be a better process - potentially handled by the cleaning crew.
Great base for a cycling holiday as long as you like hills!
Liked: Superb views, spacious, everything you could want apart from a kettle.
