Fabulous
Liked: Proximity to the town with its many places to eat and drink. We had a car so were able to drive to the nearby beaches. The town felt safe and welcoming. This property has shared bathroom and kitchen facilities but we never had to wait to use either, in fact, we barely heard and never saw the other guests.
Disliked: Our room was at the front of the property, facing the sea, but this meant we got noise late at night (until 2.30am one night) and delivery drivers early in the morning. This started at 7am one morning and went on for an hour as the 'Casa Negre' man delivered metal beer kegs to the bars of the town from underneath our bedroom window!! If you're a light sleeper, perhaps request a room overlooking the garden. There was also no air con so we had to leave the fan on and the window partially open in order to regulate the temp.
Beautiful, comfortable, well-located house in heart of Begur with wonderful host
Liked: Excellent location, kind, friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely characterful building
Disliked: Perhaps a replacement fan would be good as the head didn’t rotate
Great location, friendly helpful staff. No air con or parking
Liked: Cute little room, private bathroom. Had a nice outdoor terrace and the location was right next to the main centre in town. Super friendly hosts
Disliked: Didn’t have private parking or air conditioning.
Perfect stay
Liked: I had the room with a beautiful balcony and a gorgeous view. Marta was the kindest, loveliest, most professional hostess. Thank you so much!

Liked: Location
Disliked: No air conditioning Church bells from 7am
