Liked: Quiet and good nights sleep. Hand drawn stamp …
Disliked: … would have loved an afternoon coffee or area to make one … meal was OK but very small after long day walking and in preparation for another long day walking.

Liked: Wonderful property, set in beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful. Rose was a lovely host and we loved meeting Pepper her dog.

Liked: The environment is really amazing. A nice old village that still reflects the history. There is an amazing old garden with very old Sequoia trees that makes it even more unique. We will definitely visit again on our trip back South. The very sympathetic owner explained us spontaneous about the history of her property. It had a kind of mystical feeling for us.
Liked: Despite it stays nearby road you can feel it's calm and relaxing place. I liked the fact rooms are available without steps (straight from garden). I had a bike and was allowed to keep it in the room which was very comfortable. Rooms are spacy, beds comfy. Breakfest modest but good enough. Owner speaks english very well. There are no restaurants around but - and this is for cyclists - there is well equiped petrol station 300m away.
Liked: This was like stepping back in time, into a simpler, quieter and more peaceful world. Rosa was very welcoming and an excellent host.
