Bad Hotel business
Liked: I didn't like nothing!
Disliked: They charged my card without me staying at the hotel! Bad business
Liked: Spacious rooms, good breakfast, able to check in early
Disliked: Main staff at reception and breakfast not very friendly, the waiting staff and housekeeping though were lovely

Disliked: Cleaning staff are terrible. Delayed check in. Not much courtesy coffee and tea,/water when we ask. We were two and they kept giving for one. Bathroom had dirty ear buds when we checked in. Worst of all you pay for the parking at the hotel

Disliked: Very disappointing experience, especially considering the high price and the fact that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. I have stayed at Barceló hotels in other countries and had great experiences, so I expected much better. Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the Barceló name at all. The rooms felt outdated and in need of renovation, and the breakfast was very disappointing in both quality and selection. What made the stay even worse was the noise early in the morning. Before 8:00 AM, hotel staff were moving beds and doing work in the room directly next to ours. We politely explained that the noise was extremely loud and that we were exhausted after a long road trip, but nobody seemed to care or made any effort to stop the disturbance. For almost €900, I expected a much higher level of comfort, quality, and service. In my opinion, this hotel was absolutely not worth the price. I left very disappointed and would not book this property again.
