  Disliked: Found it hard to get in contact with the agent, never using the site before I thought they might have contacted me, but I phoned 3 times only a Spanish answer machine, I was about to book into a hotel.

  Overall, a perfect place to stay — great location, beautiful views and everything you need for a relaxing holiday

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic — close to all the main cafés and bars, yet the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the beautiful view of the marina. A perfect place to enjoy the area while still having a calm and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

  Hopefully a one off problem but we would not recommend

  Liked: The property was nice enough. Beds and sofa were comfortable. Fairly spacious. Good shower.

  Disliked: Well the fact that it took us half an hour to find it as no directions were given and none of the locals we asked knew either was not a great start. Then we discovered that the lady who manages the property had got her dates mixed up so no-one was there to meet us and nor was the phone answered for some time. This was bad enough but to find the property hadn’t been cleaned made matters much worse. We were just about to book another hotel when we received a text from the owner telling us the property manager would be there shortly. Upon arrival she was incredibly apologetic and had been asleep when the owner had called to say we were waiting. She had brought her husband and two teenagers to help clean the property. However, it was still nearly 2 hours after the taxi dropped us off that we gained access just before midnight and we were very fed up by then. I have never stayed anywhere where nothing bar some hand soap and toilet rolls were provided. Not even a cleaning cloth to wash the dishes and some of the cups were also dirty. Whilst I felt sorry for the family having to get out of bed to come and clean the property, and they were very nice and apologetic, this is not how anyone wants a holiday to start. There was not even a token gesture by way of compensation.
