  Liked: Beautiful villa and location

  Disliked: They upgraded the pool.where behind schedule so wasn't ready for our arrival we had been advised but when we got there the noise everyday from workmen was terrible all day for 6 days really disappointing was offered no refund when advised about pool or when I told owner about noise

  Great location, potentially nice property, very poor service by the person running the property

  Disliked: Pool not available due to extensive renovation work, which we were only told about the week of travel, despite it having clearly been ongoing for some time. Refund of 150euros from property owner welcome, but only after repeated requests by me, no refund was offered. Window blinds in one bedroom broke when fully lowered and were unusable. When alerted to this, the person responsible for the property told us to "just leave it" and no offer of a repair during the visit was made. Cockroaches found in kitchen. Repeatedly disturbed by guests of neighbouring properties ringing at front gate as houses in the street are ambiguously numbered - including being woken up at 2AM by a family arriving from the airport to the wrong property and insisting that we allow them entry to the property (which they had not booked).

  Nice house

  Liked: Perfect location in Benalmadena Costa, supermarket close by (walking distance) beach and restaurants aswell. The house had everything you need.

  Disliked: Eating at the bar table with a kid wasnt that comfortable but for the rest nothing to complain 😀

  Liked: A nice place to stay if looking to locate yourself close to the marina. Lissy was a good host, easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. The house was generally clean and well equipped and the amenitites made it fell like a home away from home. The photos are exactly as we found the property, just with one caveat that the pool is very dated and requires work e.g repairing cracks, re-painting etc..

  Disliked: The master bedroom bed sheet had an existing stain. Although the sheets were clean, it's still not something I'd expect to deal with on the first night. In addition, the master bedroom window shutter wouldn't open so we were left with dull lit room the entire trip. We did raise both issues with the host. The bed sheet was changed 2 days later (not fast enough in my opinion) and although acknowledged by Lissy, the shutter was not fixed during our stay. The house next door seems to have recently added an outside pergola with raised decking. Unfortunately it meant they could easily see directly into the living room and outside areas of the property. I would suggest they increase the height of the wired fence separating the properties to maintain privacy.

  We had a wonderful stay that fully met our expectations

  Liked: Location was excellent as were the facilities. The host was very informative and friendly. We had no issues for our stay and would highly recommend.

  Disliked: The pool area is penciled in for an upgrade which is due although it was a nice space and fully functional
