  Place of joy for kids and parents!

  Liked: I start by stating that this is the ONLY place that made us go back for a 2nd vacation, as usually we love to see new places. Besides the staff, which makes this place feel more than friendly, this is the best location for families with children or without. Clean, bright and joyful!

  Friendly staff, good food but rooms could be better

  Liked: Good location. Friendly staff. Varied food.

  Disliked: We had two rooms but they were very far apart from one another. Our rooms were on the 6th floor and those were attic rooms with sloping roofs and views could not be seen due to roof angles.

  Great hotel for our family

  Liked: The amenities were great, the room was excellent, the inside pool was amazing. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Any problem we had was quickly fixed. The hotel is close to the beach and to a couple of super mercados. The views from the hotel were great. The play area was great.

  Disliked: Some of the doors and windows didn't work properly, either hard to close or scratching the floor. Some of the staff spoke and understood only Spanish; at an international hotel I'd expect some other language as well (English, German...). Movement to and from the hotel was a bit difficult, the routes were not really neither pedestrian friendly nor car friendly.
