  Perfect apartment in a great location!

  Liked: Can’t fault one thing. Great size, comfortable bed, all the facilities you need, lovely balcony to people watch. It was wonderfully clean and a wee welcome gift which was a lovely surprise. Building as a whole is great & is very clean.

  Overall great facilities and good value

  Liked: Accommodation was well equipped, comfortable and compact with great views from the balcony (on the 8th floor). Excellent TV (Netflix and Wi-Fi. Nice touch with the free water, beer and snakes. AC efficient and effective. Plenty of free parking outside and the location has plenty of eating a drinking establishments.

  Disliked: Bathroom is on the small size and there was a background smell (from the drainage, I think) that wasn't particularly pleasant. This did disappear with the windows open.

  Exceptional

  Liked: The owner provided clear instructions for check in. Upon arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with small welcome gifts that were perfect fit after a whole day of traveling. The apartment is very well equipped and perfect for longer stays. It has comfortable but smaller bed and comfortable bathroom, cotton linen and towels, these are things that matter! Supermarkets are close by and if you want to be in arroyo de la miel part of the town this is probably the only spot where you'll find free and available parking (tip, not necessarily follow the rules of parking your car perfectly). Balcony view is superb for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Overall impression is the comfort of those 4 star hotels close to the sea down the street but for a fraction of their price, just bear in mind that you're renting an apartment not a hotel room with room service so you'll need to do your own cleaning and washing but even for that purpose you're very well equipped by the owner so it's not a problem at all.
