  Big disappointment

Liked: Free car park across the road, decor is pretty, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette.

Disliked: Apartment is very difficult to find, there's no any signage of it. Pool looked nothing like on the photos and there were no sun loungers at all. Because we had to pay 200 euros deposit, we felt very stressed around whole apartament as too many ornaments in a tiny room. However, the worst part of our stay was that the air conditioning made a loud noise every half an hour which disturbed us in the day and awoke us all through the night. Literally we both been frightened by the loud sudden noise and had the worst night in our lives. We raised this in the morning and was told in the evening they couldn't fix it because it was Sunday. They agreed for us to book something else which we did as we had no choice, they told us they will refund the money second night stay. After two weeks awaiting for refund we had to contact booking.com because they didn't refund us within 5-15 days as stated in their policy.
