Disappointed in key situation ment we had to walk up steep hill to apartment not ideal for wheelchairs or pushchairs. No

Disliked: No pool. Should have been 2 sets of keys only had 1. Couldn’t use lift as key didn’t work when msg about this was told we only had that set of keys.

Disliked: Lack of cleaning products, I did ask for some more but nobody replied. Also would have liked to have been able to use the pool that’s on site. Terrace would have been nice to be more private and in a sunnier spot.
