  Liked: Views, outdoor area.

  Disliked: This was our second stay at this hotel. We decided to return because, despite the common areas being somewhat outdated, we had really enjoyed our previous visit, particularly the stunning views from our Superior Room and the beautiful outdoor areas, especially the adults-only pool. This time, we booked a Superior Room again. During check-in, we were informed that our room was located on the ground floor, but we were reassured that the views would be just as lovely as during our previous stay. However, to our great disappointment, the room was noticeably smaller and looked nothing like the Superior Room we had stayed in before. More importantly, it was clearly smaller than the room size advertised on Booking.com. In other words, we did not receive the accommodation we had booked and paid for. The room was also visibly worn and in need of refurbishment. The hotel staff eventually moved us to the correct room the following day. However, this involved packing our belongings again, checking out at 11 a.m., and waiting until 3 p.m. to check into the new room. Instead of starting our holiday in a relaxing atmosphere, we spent the first day dealing with unnecessary stress, frustration, and tension. According to the hotel manager, the ground-floor room is also sold as a Superior Room. However, I would strongly question this classification, as the room clearly does not match the advertised description, particularly in terms of its size. The difference is even evident from the hotel’s evacuation floor plans. On our final day, while settling our bill, I explained to the manager that we believed a refund for the first night would be a reasonable and fair resolution, considering that we had not received the room we had booked. To our disbelief, the only compensation he was willing to offer was a drink at the bar. We returned to this hotel because of our positive experience during our first stay, but this visit completely changed our opinion.

  Liked: All the staff from reception who were always very helpful, the cleaning ladies, bar and restaurant. I liked the aqua classes which were excellent and the animation team worked really hard from morning until night.

  Great views, lovely staff. Excellent all inclusive

  Liked: All inclusive had an excellent variety of foods. Adults only pool well separated and music was perfectly tasteful. Room was lovely and spacious with great see views. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Only downside was booking 7 nights instead of 10.
