  Lovely peaceful stay in a well decorated thoughtful apartment

  Liked: Had a lovely quiet 3 night stay here at this well equipped property. Lovely and clean with all the thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing that I could have with is a little sachet of washing powder for the machine. The property is in a good location.. some steep hills in some directions but easily accessible for most people. The owners communicated brilliantly.

  Disliked: The main pool was closed on my last day which I wasn't aware of, but I'd already had my one pool day so not too much of a problem. Thank you!

  A wonderful stay in a fantastic apartment

  Liked: The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The host had thought of everything. Charging sockets, all utensils, tv with channels such as Netflix, pool facilities (chairs & umberella). The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and super clean with a lovely view of the pool from the balcony.

  Disliked: The property is on a hill and was sometimes a struggle to walk back to on the heat with a pram (when walking from the centre) This is no reflection on the property just something for families to consider.

Por seguridad y por ser un Condominio Club, todos los huéspedes deben registrarse antes del check-in. Enviar nombre y documento de indentidad y número de placas de los carros o motos y haber cancelado el valor total de la reserva.

En la entrada del club se debe cancelar al club de $90.000 noventa mil pesos por persona, total estadía, menos mayores de 70 años y menores de 8 años. La auxiliar de casa se activa todos los días de 8:00 am a 4:00 pm y les ayudará en lo que necesiten de aseo, cocinar y guia en la casa. El valor diario adicional que se le debe pagar a la auxiliar es de $100.000/ cien mil pesos por día, 8 horas si son más de 10 personas se recomienda una ayudante para la auxiliar y se le paga $85.000 ochenta y cinco mil pesos, el medio tiempo. Si la necesitan las 8 horas se activa por cien mil pesos 100.000.El pago lo hacen directramente ustedes con las auxiliares.

Las mascotas tienen un costo por ingreso a la casa de 50.000 cincuenta mil pesos. El carro de golf se activa consignando en la cuenta de Bancolombia 230000 COP doscientos treinta mil pesos por dia. Se pedirá un depósito por daños de COP 500.000 quinientos mil pesos a la llegada. Si se presenta algún daño se descuenta de los quinientos mil peoso 500.000 y si no se presenta ningún daño se hace devolución el día de salida.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
