  We had a fabulous stay.The room was so comfortable clean and spacious and it had everything we needed

  Disliked: The noise on the corridors every night was so loud….1am and 2am it did wake us most nights.People shouting on the corridors going home from night out

  Liked: Great soft play outside the pools

  Disliked: Busy, noisy and endless row of beds by the pool. Rooms were good, but do not go for interior category as this is the worst possible choice ( super noisy ). The kids club was understaffed and I would not recommend

  Liked: Couldn’t fault this hotel, everything spotless, rooms cleaned everyday & fresh towels etc, beautiful sea view from most of the rooms, half an hour walk to the marina or 5-6 mins in a taxi. 15 minutes walk to the main part of the beach and bars and only a 20 min taxi from airport. Plenty of pools and 2 baby pools. If I was to give some constructive criticism I would say, the pools should be heated this time of year (October half term) as they were absolutely freezing. And they only have Heineken on draft which is a massive let down, you should have at least 3-4 options on draft. I think if they had more options, people would stay around the bars more often rather than going out. The food at the snack bar is massively overpriced and abit rubbish but the supermarket in the hotel has everything you need. We didn’t eat much in the hotel as we like going out for food. I recommend while you are here Indian - Cinnamon club, Italian - Metro & Caruso, Steak - Angus steakhouse, Seafood - LA CALA, daytime abit of variety - Coast to Coast. Weather was gorgeous in October half term. Great hotel, would return. Not sure if I would come in the summer though as I could imagine it being too hectic. I prefer Greece in the summer.

  Over all we had a good holiday. The staff try their best to accommodate our requests. Carmen at reception is very helpfu

Good to know

The apartments are cleaned daily, except for the kitchen. Sheets are changed twice a week and towels daily.
