I have a good stay here

Liked: The property is so so. But the staffs are very responsive (even though I never see a single one of them). But they communicated with me very well. They responded quickly and helpfully with my questions. They emailed with me with all the instructions clearly of how to get in the building and the room and how to check out. The room is clean and with all the basic necessities for good night’s sleep.

Disliked: The instructions on the door are written with very small characters. It’s hard for people to read even with good eyesight, not to say with old people.

  Lovely. Had everything we needed

Liked: Great location. Excellent staff. Little loud because of the people returing from the town's fiestas but not sure what the hotel can do about that - people are loud by nature and do not consider that others may be sleeping. Good facilities - shower gel, shampoo, handsoap, toothbrush & toothpaste, coffee, TV.

Disliked: Towels and bed linen looked a little tired, could use a good wash to restore them to bright white, but they were fine. The room could be painted as some small marks on the wall. Everything else was fine.
