Exceptional
Liked: Not much, not an easy location to find with satnav, the car has an extra few scratches from driving up rock lined lanes. The noise of dogs barking echoed throughout the night, kept me and Oscar dog up all night. Room was basic, no Aircon. Breakfast was very basic, coffee was nice.
Disliked: Booked this location, due to the excellent reviews of the food, only to find after making a non refundable booking that the restaurant closed in early October before I arrived. Out of season, I can't think of any reason to stay here.

Liked: Excellent location especially for walking holiday. Easy walk to Taberner Barri 10mins down quiet road for food and drink. We did not eat at the hotel as we were too late.
Disliked: Eco with lights on down drive all night..

Liked: The staff were amazing and hospitable. The location was beautiful and serene and the breakfast was delicious. Everything we could have asked for and more! The Vida Organica dinner was a lovely experience and the chef Jan cooked some deliciously nutritious food.
Disliked: The walls are not very well insulated between rooms so noise travels a little.
Egoitz - Home
Liked: All was greate! We had a room Egoitz what means Home! And it was really so, as at home. Excellent bed with other furniture made our stay comfortable. Our dog was happy in the room and in the beautiful garden. Extraordinary dinner with Jani made our stay unforgetable!

Lovely setting but overpriced for a budget place
Liked: Lovely part of the country and surroundings, we enjoyed the views and the outside areas of the hotel, very idyllic.
Disliked: While we appreciated the outside of the hotel, gardens etc we didn’t feel very welcome to enjoy it as there isn’t a lot set up for the actual guests of the hotel. The restaurant at night takes over the place and makes you feel uncomfortable if you want to sit anywhere outside even if completely separate from where they serve food. It was very expensive for what we got in terms of the room and facilities, the restaurant too whilst good was also very overpriced.
