Fabulous
Liked: Location was great, beautiful views, spacious, clean, well equipped, very comfortable.
Disliked: Parking was difficult and a 10min walk away. No aircon.
Liked: The apartment is very well maintained, the beds were comfy and everything in the apartment looks quite new. The rooms are spacious and there is a very nice wooden floor. I also liked the layout of the rooms and the spectacular view onto the harbour. A big plus is that you will always find a free parking spot at the harbour. In the region, free parking is virtually non-existent, so this was a relief to our finances as well as our nerves.
Disliked: The table on the terrace was missing a slab of wood which made it less useful. There was no water heater in the kitchen. Having just one set of towels per person and week is a bit insufficient. Also keep in mind that the apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator in case you have issues with walking. The building is quiet, but being in a harbour with a lot of bars, it can get a bit noisy in the night especially during weekends. Also, seagulls tend to gather on the roof and they can get quite noisy during the night. None of the negatives would deter me of booking again, I just wanted to list some points that could be an issue for someone respectively some things that should be improved.

Disliked: 4th floor walkup is not so easy with suitcases. Also, Booking.com should warn folks, exactly at the time of booking!, that private accommodations like this don’t accept presentation of passport upon arrival - only ahead of time. It’s a government requirement as you know, but we didn’t. We had stress working this out because we had spotty internet access & did not review the notice from the property manager before attempting to get into the apartment.
