  Nice few days at the top of the hill

  Liked: Nice location a few kms uphill outside the town of Bermeo. Nice bar and restaurant (a little bit pricey) 10 mins walk back towards Bermeo with fantastic views over the bay. The property has a pleasant little terrace from which to watch the sun set, but does not have cooking facilities, although the host let us keep some cold drinks in the fridge, which along with some bread, cheese and ham was all that was needed to go with the sunset! The house was a solidly built traditional building with solid wood interiors and had plenty of character. It was, however a little dark in the bedroom, but that's barely worth mentioning.

  Disliked: La cercanía a la carretera genera mucho ruido, un poco oscura la habitación y las cortinas de la ducha habrá que cambiarlas

  Excellently renovated, warm & welcoming family hotel

  Liked: Very nicely decorated family hotel.The building is a reconverted farm. Excellently renovated with a very good sense of style that makes you feel at home immediately. Pay attention to the woodwork, real craftsmanship ( the father used to work in carpentry) Comfortable beds and very good breakfast. The owners are genuinly warm and welcoming.

  Disliked: Some rooms are near the road can be a bit noisy at night. Double windows ( as in 2 sets of windows) keep most of it out though. Despite that we still highly recommend this hotel.
