Exceptional place – definitely 10/10
Liked: Uhara Sea Escape is one of those places that turns out to be even better in real life than in the photos. The ocean view is absolutely spectacular – you could spend hours sitting on the terrace just enjoying it. The private pool, garden, peace and quiet, and complete sense of privacy create an amazing atmosphere. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, beautifully designed and extremely well equipped, with great attention to detail. The location is also excellent – peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the centre of Bermeo. It is also a perfect base for exploring the coast, Mundaka, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe and the entire Urdaibai region. A huge highlight is the host, Miren – incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcome. We had a fantastic stay and it was genuinely hard to leave. If we return to the Bermeo area, we would choose Uhara Sea Escape again without hesitation. Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed. Highly recommended!
Nice appartment with stunning views
Liked: What a beautiful location and friendly host. Appartment has a lot of space and all facilities are available. We had a very nice stay here.
Immersion in a beautiful coast
Liked: Fantastique landscape and confortable wide cabine for two @ 30 mn from Bilbao (even bus connexion) close to 10mn walking distance of a nice and typical basque fishing village with light price for restaurants and drinks
Very homely stay with amazing views and host
Liked: Such a relaxing place with amazing views of the ocean. Easy walk into town and accessible for walks around the area. Miren was such a lovely host and gave us fresh lemons and eggs from the garden. The kitten even came visiting which was nice on a wet afternoon. Easy parking and a great place to stay! Had the best sleep and great bed!

Liked: Our host was very friendly and helpful. Due to her hints we could do a boat trip in Bermeo and have visited some beautiful locations in Urdaibai. Unfortunately we have not used the beautiful pool because of the whether. We will come back! Warm regards
Excellent place to stay if visiting the Urdaibai region. Close to everything with a beautiful view and quaint atmosphere
Liked: The view, the pool, the friendliness of the hostess. The apartment was nice. It had great facilities.
Disliked: Minor things amiss. No kitchen paper or napkins, washer and dishwasher without detergent available.
