Exceptional
Disappointed to be critical on such a nice place but I like to be greet properly
Liked: Large apartment, good space, very clean and full equipped.
Disliked: The very impersonal check in, talking to a remote reception via a screen who looked really bored and uninterested, also and lack of infomation available to us as guests and local area and surroundings on arrival
Liked: Lovely rural location
Disliked: Very impersonal chech in, shower luck warm, bit noisy between the floors
Liked: Excelente estancia, Buena localizacion Sin duda volveria a hospedarme en Este lugar de nuevo
Disliked: Sinceramente no tengo nada qué decir Todo estuvo excelente
The room was spotless and had a nice layout with a small kitchenette on one wall
Disliked: The after-hours check-in system is awkward. There are no instructions as you approach the building. Another guest who was on the patio told me to go inside and press a button on a screen. A face appeared and was giving me instructions, but he was difficult to hear and understand. The bottom half of his face was covered, so I couldn't get any visual cues either! I had to take a blank card from a stack and hold it to a device that transferred a key card number to open my door. It eventually worked, but the system in general could use some better directions.
Peaceful stay surrounded by nature near Gaztelugatxe
Liked: A lovely and peaceful place to stay near Gaztelugatxe. Check-in was completely digital and very easy. The accommodation is set in the middle of a farm, in a beautiful green valley surrounded by eucalyptus trees, yet only about 2 km from the beach. The setting is wonderfully quiet and perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner outside in the garden. The owner of the nearby farm was very kind and welcoming. The room had everything we needed, including a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. A great choice if you are looking for nature, peace and a good location for exploring the area.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about
Liked: Nice apartment Lovely place Great location
Disliked: Check in through screen, missing human interaction, however it went well, just not personal. You can hear every step of people above walking ir cordidor.
