Liked: The location is perfect. Lovely area, central with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. It's also very spacious and clean

Disliked: There was no view, and it was a little dark. I was in the small room so my review of the room is not a fair representation. The other 2 rooms were fine and reports were the beds were very comfortable

Liked: Central location, especially if it’s your first time driving in Bilboa.

Disliked: The electronic check-in and check-out procedure does not work. This caused immense stress as someone has to drive around in town because someone else has to wait for the owner to let you in or hand over the keys. The bathroom was never cleaned after the previous visit and in was in a bad state. The unit was very warm during summer and the fans were not effective.
