Very good
Liked: Breakfast is available, even though it’s not listed.
Disliked: The view from the second-floor window is unattractive; it’s very noisy from the street, and there are issues with the neighbors and the bathroom. Everything is themed around *Alice in Wonderland*, but it’s not put together in a very harmonious way.
Very comfortable base in Bilbao Old Town
Liked: Very central location in old Town Well equipped room and kitchen. Nice breakfast
Disliked: Totally remote electronic check and room access in was a little daunting, bit it worked

Disliked: Most things - communication average, no check in details supplied, got to the room with no way to get in. Once we did get check in details, the “digital key” was unreliable leaving us locked out of some areas. Lobby of the building absolutely stinks like dirty oil it made me gag, bags of unwashed linen sat in the hallway for a couple of days. No doona cover, just wedged between a couple of top sheets, rooms were dirty. Overall vibe was off.
Expensive for what it offers
Liked: The location was great that is probably the only positive point.
Disliked: The room did not have windows, it is a bit claustrophobic. You cannot refresh the room.
