Guest reviews
Good
Good offer in Bilbao
Liked: Good overall! Staff is super friendly, bedrooms are spacious (4 ppl dorm).
Disliked: Bathrooms could be cleaner, the location is a bit edgy at night.
Great value hostal with friendly staff
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere with good music in communal areas. Good location with metro and bus links to centre.
Great for a weekend trip
Liked: Wonderful views from the room, easy to access the metro, the area seemed safe even if not in the immediate city centre and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Felt very safe in the all girls room plus, the place has a kitchen, so you can prep your own food and enjoy it with the other guests and the people present at the time of my stay were friendly, it was a cozy stay.
Disliked: Even if it's not super far from transport, it was still a 10 minutes walk from the closest metro on a steep hill, so take that into account when booking. That being said, the structure has a convenient bus stop 2 minutes away
Liked: Well we like the place because it's near the center. We actually enjoyed staying and having free breakfast plus the staff are nice. It's just that there are some weird people who sleep there and next to our room smell a little bit bad. But all in all, it was nice for the price very affordable
Disliked: Love the view outside the window
Informative friendly receptionist
Liked: Receptionist
Liked: The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!
