Fabulous
Frustrated
Disliked: Access to the property was difficult. Very hard to find on maps and no description or details on where and how to park car. Front door code required downloading an app etc again very confusing. Also property is right on the train tracks which wasn’t mentioned. A kettle would be handy to have as unable to boil water for a cup of tea.
Liked: Great location, great facilities

Nice and short stay in Bilbao
Liked: TWo bed rooms with all required appliance and facilities, nice and cozy apartment, clean with bed linen and towels, located next to train station so need to be prepared for noice from it but it was not disturbing us. Walk to the center takes 30-40 min, supermarket - 15 min. Parking is available in the yard, subject to availability.
Disliked: I would add umbrellas for guest as rain is quite often in that area and replace all artificial flowers by natural ones.
Liked: Everything was great with the apartment. Good public transport close by.
Disliked: The online key code for the doors was a bit clumsy and the location is a bit remote with no convenience store close by.
A really comfortable apartment located 10-15 minutes walk to much of what Bilbao has to offer. The hosts are super welco
Liked: A super comfortable apartment with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Our hosts met us on arrival to let us in, show us around and check we were completely happy, which we were. The apartment is located close to a local metro station making local travel super simple. There’s a little noise from the trains during the day but nothing noticeable at night as I don’t believe there are any late night trains.
Disliked: Nothing!
Cozy and equipt apartment
Liked: The facilities are very new and everything very clean! We had extra towels (for the amount of people coming) and the host was prompt to bring more clean towels if needed. We didn't need anything, as everything was available in the apartment already, including instructions. It is a very quiet side of the downtown, so I slept super well!
Disliked: The location is 10-15 min walking from everywhere. It is not bad at all, especially for the value, but it is in a more empty residential area of the downtown. The host was super friendly and available, but 100% online (in my case, as we didn't request for anything aditional from what was already available in the appartment), just so you are aware. It is just beside the train station and you may hear the train passing at night, but it wasn't too loud and totally manageble if you close the windows.
