Exceptional
A perfect place to stay to explore Bilbao for a few days
Liked: Nice, clean, spacious apartment within walking distance to the Guggenheim and many good restaurants. We didn’t have personal contact with any staff but this wasn’t required as the information we needed for everything was explained perfectly. Lots of coffee pods, thank you! And great to have a washing machine and dryer.
Disliked: It’s on a busy road so not really plausible to leave the windows open. But it’s not really a problem.
Beautiful apartment
Liked: The whole apartment & location could really not have been better. It is a beautiful apartment full of character with all the facilities one would need. I could literally move in and be happy there for years.
Disliked: I couldn’t reduce the temperature from 27 degrees without moving the stand fan from the bedroom into the lounge. The boost setting on the thermostat seemed to rate to a boost in temperature increase rather than decrease although I could be wrong. There was a dehumidifier that looked like it also cooled the room but also emitted heat.

Liked: Central location Spaciousness of the apartment Everything you need is there and available, including if you ask for additional items if you have babies (I had asked for a cot, and not found it but also a baby chair and a baby bathtub which was very appreciated!!) Thank you for the great hospitality Price for what you get is great

Liked: Modern, spacious, clean and well located.

Beautiful apartment but disappointing amenities
Liked: Apartment is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean…it had almost everything as advertised except no washer.. we had to go out and do laundry.. never mentioned washer was missing. Also A/c was not functioning but they did provide a small portable unit that cool down apartment but still very humid
Disliked: No washer… A/c not functioning but host provided a portable unit but did not mention prior to arrival…
