we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this accommodation
Liked: We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from both San Mamés metro station and Bilbao Intermodal, the city's main bus station. The self check-in process was easy, with the keys left in a key box. Communication with the host was through WhatsApp, and they were available until 11:00 PM. The apartment was very clean and decorated in a modern style. It has two large bedrooms with comfortable beds (one double bed in each bedroom and a bunk bed in the larger bedroom). The kitchen was well equipped, and the spacious bathroom featured a shower and two sinks. The apartment was quiet at night, which made for a comfortable stay. The views were not particularly scenic, as the bedroom windows overlooked a railway embankment, while the kitchen and living room faced an internal street.
Disliked: One aspect that could be improved is that guests are required to take out the rubbish on the day of check-out.

Liked: Clean, close to San mames
Disliked: Shower doesn’t drain enough, potential blocked drain

Liked: all as described and as expected nice location near the stadium and quite area the kitchen was really well prepared and other facilties are good
Disliked: it would be better if there is wifi because the 5G there is not that good, Also the shower drain is not 100% working it takes time to drain
Not the best but acceptable for a pair of nights
Liked: Location is quite ok. It's almost out of Bilbao but still good. Beds are nice.
Disliked: There wasn't a sponge or soap for dishes, the shower was putting water on the floor, no WiFi (it's not in the list of features, but it's still quite weird), heating needs to be on by you and no instructions how to do it. Dishes weren't clean so good.
Did the job
Liked: It probably would suit some, was tidy reasonably clean and in reasonable condition, looked like it could also sleep larger groups too. Close to the football stadium.
Disliked: We were told we would receive an email at noon on the day of checkin with instructions on how to access. We received no email. I tried to contact via the Whatsapp to learn the Whatsapp is only active during weekdays. It was a Sunday. By the name we assumed we were going to a block of apartments with a reception. On arrival we learned it was a residential apartment, We found an emergency contact number and we sent instructions to access the property fairly promptly but it was a bit stressful and a shame we were not sent instructions earlier. I can only assume this was a one-off mishap... hopefully
