Very good
nice clean modern, perfect location, but no fresh air
Liked: very good location in old town, nice clean modern room,
Disliked: no fresh air possible, window out on a very tiny courtyard with a roof, you feel like in a closet, hardly any daylight

Safe, clean and comfortable accommodation that suited my needs and budget
Liked: Location was superb. Staff were friendly and willing to offer their expertise on the surrounding areas to visit. Plain and simple. Great comfy bed. Fab ceiling fan. Comfy arm chair and chair at the small dressing table. Good lighting. Plenty of space if you had a wheelchair but no lift to get you up a very rickety wooden staircase. I would certainly recommend these suites if you are fit enough to manage the stairs.
Disliked: Unable to reach the coat hangers in the wardrobe..I am 164cms tall. Would need to be at least 2m tall..not good for a mobility adapted room..it did make me laugh!! A kettle and a cup and a water glass is essential but sadly missing. Room 109 was beside the reception area and at times was a little noisy when staff were there or if people were checking in or out. Still, these were minor issues for me. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Liked: Location is very nice, you´re close to the Gothic area and a lot of nice pinthos bars

Awful
Disliked: This is not a hotel, neither a guesthouse. At best, it’s a cheap hostel that charges a bit below hotels in Bilbao. We stayed there between 26 September-1 October. AVOID AT ALL COST The location is in the old town, and the street is very noisy. There are much better areas in Bilbao. Now the BIG problems: -On the 26th of September, after we checked in, we received a phishing message that pretended to be the facility. They had my name and sent me a fake link to put my credit card details. This means that there is a security issue/data leak from their side to some scammers. -On the 27th of September, around the morning, there was an American kid who was screaming her mom to open the door. It was more than 30 minutes, and police came. If there was a lobby remaining there 24 hours, this wouldn’t have happened. -The rooms are cleaned in every 3 days. But nothing is clean about this hotel! You can see how dusty and full of hairs the room became. And there were awful stains on the bed, though we didn’t eat anything. -Now, the most problematic part: On the 30th of September, they started construction works on the 2nd floor corridor. I have allergies and it was full of dust (and was also super loud). It’s crazy that we were not informed regarding this. We asked for a refund to leave the hotel, and they offered a room change on the first floor. The new room, which we expected to better, was even worse. The was an outbreak of bugs, attached in the pics, coming of out everywhere in the room. Then, when I was happy to leave the place next day, as I was about to lie down to the bed, I realized the new room’s bed is also stained!!! Nightmare experience overall. It was the worst place I’ve stayed, and I’ve traveled quite a lot in different countries. AVOID
