Fabulous
Disliked: The stay was pleasant overall, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely at checkout, when we received an angry phone call complaining that the room and towels had been left dirty. We were quite surprised by this complaint, as cleaning was explicitly included in the price of our stay. We therefore do not understand what was expected of us regarding the cleaning of the room. If guests are expected to clean the room and towels themselves before checking out, this should be clearly stated in the booking conditions. We found the way this issue was handled particularly disappointing and unprofessional, especially after an otherwise pleasant stay. A more polite and appropriate approach would certainly have made a difference.
