Lovely spot in a very central location. Not for you if you want peace and quiet!
Liked: Very central clean and comfortable. Stylish too.
Disliked: Our room was next to the most popular bar in Bilbao but war plugs were provided! And the bar was good!

Easy access, great location and rooms with character
Liked: Room had character, great location for exploring the city and staff were attentive. Room and hotel access was easy and well communicated.
Disliked: There is a natural amount of noise outside in the evenings 9-1am. The hotel does provide earplugs in the room and we were able to sleep fine but if you are sensitive to noise then worth keeping in mind.
Definitely visit again!!
Liked: Central location, friendly staff, clean, design and suze of the room..Perfect mattress for a perfect sleep and first time i see a hair straightening machine included! Nice surprise:)
Disliked: A lot of noise from the bars in the area, but I was aware of it since it is located in the old town.

Liked: Room is okay. Staff not.
Disliked: I was at this hotel before and I really liked in back then, so I chose it once again, but never again! I arrived at around 9pm, and I checked every single platform, and I didn't receive any information about check in. I called them, and I was told that they would send me the link to do check in. They didn't even let me inside the building until I did so, I was waiting on the street. After 10 minutes, I called them again as I still didn't receive anything. Again they told me they had sent me the link, but it was nowhere to be found. I finally received a link, and when I opened it, it said my reservation was over. They sent another link that said my reservation doesn't exist. I was still standing on the street, all alone, wondering if I'll sleep on the street? They finally let me inside the building (not the room though), and then I finally received the right link. You should send the check in link in advance, not making people standing in the street! Very stressful, horrible experience.
Great position, good value for the money, impecable access and staff
Liked: The property is in the middle if old town, walking distance from all the important objectives
Disliked: A little noisy neighborhood but that was on for us as we wanted to be in the middle of action
