Guest reviews
Exceptional
Central, upscale but not spacious enough
Liked: The perfect location right in the center of the city, well maintained and good quality of materials in the room furniture amenities etc. Comfy beds, useful kitchenette.
Disliked: No cleaning for five days. The room was too narrow for three people, especially since the expandable couch that was turned into a bed for the third person occupied most of the free space.
If you find availability book straight away, it fills up
Liked: Everything was clean and new, best place I stayed at in the Basque region
Great location for exploring Bilbao in a quiet neghbourhood. Convenient to access bars and resturants around as well
Liked: Location and facility
Disliked: The room on the other side has no view. Tea or coffee can be provided.
Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: My window opened into inner yard where a greasy smell from the next door restaurants came in. Closing the window solved it.
Liked: bed was super comfortable, pillows were excellent!
Disliked: room had a cool cozy vibe, but was a bit on the dark side
Liked: Excellent location 10-15 minutes walk to historical center. The hotel locates in the historical renovated building with modern facilities, equipped room & other services like wash & dry machines. The room was really beaty & we can see the city garden & yard from the windows, but didn't hear the street noise. You can find some very good cafe at the ground floor.
Disliked: I think it will be good to put the water & coffee capsules every day, not at 1 time )
