Fabulous
Nice apartments managed by liars
Disliked: The apartment itself was fine, but unfortunately, our experience with the management at North Shore Apartments was extremely disappointing. We were told by the staff that we could park in the Gran Hotel parking garage, but were specifically instructed not to tell the hotel. After following their advice, we were confronted by hotel staff and told to move our car immediately. The hotel staff also informed us that North Shore Apartments regularly directs guests to use their parking facilities without permission, leaving guests to deal with the consequences (I have screen shots confirming this) We also booked through Booking.com, clearly registering three guests and a dog. Despite our booking confirmation showing this information, North Shore Apartments later accused us of failing to disclose that we were bringing a dog and even threatened to report us. To make matters worse, we were subsequently sent a photograph showing a small amount of dog hair on one corner of a bedsheet, seemingly as justification for their complaint, despite the rest of the apartment being left spotless. The issue was never the apartment itself, but the way we were treated as guests.
Bilbao flat
Liked: Ground floor flat, clean
Disliked: A bit out of the city
Liked: Everything; especially the washer and dryer
Wonderful flat for Bilbao
Liked: Nice flat for your stay in Bilbao. Clean, spacious, good location, well equipped.
Disliked: Nothing very negative to say. No view out of the windows. Double bed slides apart. That's it.
Beautifully designed and highly functional apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of Bilbao
Liked: The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, with a big bathroom, all amenities, including the washing machine, coffee maker, iron, etc. The communication with the host was excellent and efficient. We stayed for only one night, but had a good night sleep in a quiet neighborhood. The location may not be ideal for someone not so much in favour of walking 20-25 minutes from downtown, but there is metro nearby, and it's only two stops away from the Casco Viejo, so that's covered as well.:-)
Disliked: nothing
Great Value and location
Liked: 20 minutes walk into the town. Similar with transport, a big room with lots of amenities. Self Check-in.
Disliked: No AC but the Fans were sufficient in the middle of summer in Bilbao's Climate
