Fabulous

Liked: Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff,
Liked: The staff were very welcoming and forthcoming with suggestions and recommendations. The room was clean, modern and well finished, with a really comfortable bed. Great location, close to the Guggenheim.

Bedbugs. Do not recommend
Liked: Location was good but that’s the only advantage
Disliked: Bedbugs. Severe bedbugs issue that is now continuing to cause me grief. When I mentioned it to the staff (while checking out), he passed me a WhatsApp number of the hotel for me to send them photos of the bedbug (not to apologize), and did not offer assistance or any form of help to rectify the issue - not even ziplock bags to compartmentalize my clothes. When asked, he provided two used (dirty) plastic bags that have holes (!!) - utterly useless to seal my now contaminated items and again, no apology. Just one very belated, very muted ‘sorry about that’ after a prolonged, unhelpful conversation w staff. And there has been no apology since, over WhatsApp, after I have sent photos. I paid extra for this hotel hoping to stay comfortably at the end of a v long journey and it was a complete waste of money. I continue to live w the consequences. I don’t wish this experience upon anyone.
Great location
Liked: Location was round the corner from the Guggenheim. Some lovely restaurants nearby. We went to Rongori, which was fabulous and easy walk to. Room was comfortable and ideal for 2 night stay. Airport bus stop was across the road.
Disliked: Would have expected coffee pods to be complimentary but there was a kettle in the room for tea
Super comfy and convenient
Liked: Comfortable convenient location, friendly staff 24 hrs a day
Disliked: Stingy on the tea/coffee/milk provisions. More were provided when asked for but each time in very limited amounts. Better for the staff to ask how many do you need rather than give you 2 teabags or 2 mini milks
