Fabulous
Liked: Perfect location and nice apartment.
Liked: Lovely room, perfect location one street away from plaza nueva. The room was cosy and had everything you need.
Disliked: Mattress not the best, few room imperfections and dusty/ missed cleaning areas but overall lovely place, staff and communication were perfect.
Liked: Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. Despite being located in the middle of a touristic area it wasn’t noisy during the night. The room was clean and cozy. It’s self-checkin, so you receive a whatsapp message with the PIN-code and information when the room is ready.
Perfect stay
Liked: Perfect room to accommodate a family with 2 teenagers. Right in the heart of the center with the loveliest corner window/internal balcony

Great location for Pintxos
Liked: The location is brilliant, the right in the old town just steps from the square. Short walk to river and Guggenheim. The whole apartment and landing area, smart clean and bright. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the balcony to sit on with a drink and people watch.
Disliked: Only one chair in the room, one of us had to sit on luggage rack or bed. We did not like the shared fridge on landing and did not use it. However we can see that this would be an advantage for some
Not a Welcoming Place
Liked: Location was great and the bed was comfortable, but that was it.
Disliked: There was nothing else to like about the place. It didn't feel welcoming and had no charm. When I stayed at an individual room hostel in Leon, I said in my review that the receptionist was almost never there. The owner's reply was that I should stay in a hotel if I wanted reception. Well, Casual Fuentes calls themself a hotel. There was no reception or lobby. Before you get into your room you have to punch in your code three times. There's nothing but a hallway with a lot of rooms. It's almost like a college dorm. The furniture all looks like it's from Ikea. There was no shampoo. There was no shelf in the shower to put my own, I stayed four nights, and after I used the two packages of coffee, they didn't replace them. These people aren't in the hospitality business. It seemed like they wanted my money, but wanted to give very little else in return. I also think about the jobs places like this aren't supplying by limiting their staff. I'm now in a very lovely two star hotel in Pamplona where I feel much more welcome.
