Great place to spend a few days
Liked: The area was a good area to walk around, the bars, shop and cafe were plentiful and it had a good feel.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great location, responsive staff, comfortable bed.
Good value room in prime location
Liked: Prime location, good noise cancellation room, power strong shower, spacious room
Disliked: No table and fridge
Liked: Was right in the heart if the old town. Was super busy at night but not until past a reasonabke hour and the people noise didnt bother me or stop me sleeping. The bed was amazing!!! So so so comfortable... didnt want to get out if it as was so comfy. The ciode disnt work second day but a quick call and was sorted literally in 5 seconds. I am going to another of their hotela in Bilbao next mpnth will be interesting to see if its the same quality. The stairs are steep so might be an issue if stairs are a priblem for you, but all the older buildings are lime that. It disnt bother me. Super clean too. Overall incredibly impressed. Will definately go back unlesa the next 'casual' hotel is better.

The essentials and close to everything
Liked: It was close proximity to everything, easy to navigate. Google maps and Apple Maps can be off a bit, but they have a sign display above the door. Plenty of food options near by.
Disliked: Two things but it’s out of their control so I can’t fault them for this. It gets loud at night from the pedestrians and groups hanging out, bring ear plugs or noise canceling headphones, it didn’t die off until 12am. Also no elevator and the apartment is located on the third floor so pack accordingly lol
Great location, a good price if you just want a place to rest at night and explore during the day
Liked: It was located in old Casco viejo, so it was smack in the middle of a lot of pintxos bars and shops.
Disliked: My only issue was the air conditioner. For some reason my room never got cooled even after turning it on, so it would get hot and stuffy at night. I had to sleep with the door open and primarily kept it open throughout my stay to let in the fresh air. But since it’s located in a popular spot for locals, it can get super noisy at night. It’s the only thing I was disappointed with.
