Exceptional Hotel
Liked: Wow!! Upgrade on arrival. Brilliant customer service. Fabulous room with comfortable bed and exceptional bathroom. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Excellent spa facilities and a perfect location, offset only by a small, sun-exposed rooftop pool
Liked: I stayed here specifically to watch the solar eclipse, and the location was perfect for the event. The hotel itself has some wonderful amenities, the spa was a highlight, and I found the saunas and spa pools incredibly relaxing. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: The rooftop pool was a bit of a letdown for me. Based on the photos online, I expected a more spacious area, but in reality, it felt quite cramped. Since I visited during the height of summer, the lack of shade or cover became an issue; there wasn't really a way to escape the direct sun, which made the limited space feel even more restrictive. It definitely wasn't the highlight of the trip.

Liked: Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was very well designed. On-site parking very helpful. Free drink from the bar.
Disliked: Ceiling in bathroom had some water damage and just needed some minor repair. Parking lot worked for small cars but very very tight with curved entrance and could only get in one way and exit one way. Saw a lot of evidence of other people scraping their cars but we were good!
Excellent hotel for visiting Bilbao, especially with your dog
Liked: Great location, friendly helpful staff, secure car park (although the charge is quite high). Very dog friendly we were able to eat our evening meal in the bar or on the terrace with our dog. The food was good and reasonably priced.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was the price of the breakfast so we chose to eat out.
